You decide what you want and then we give you access to luxury apartments, town houses or villas. Just as you are unique, so the right property for you will be equally unique and that property could be off plan, brand-new or a re-sale.

How it all works

Broadly speaking the successful route to your dream home can be split into four stages:

Resales often have the finishing touches already in place and in some circumstances will be furnished. Some of these properties may not even be on the market but we can approach the owners on your behalf to negotiate and facilitate a sale if required.

Once we have agreed and confirmed your requirements we will only offer you a selection of properties that meet your criteria and all this can be done from the comfort of your own home. When you are ready to view your preferred properties, our team in Spain is there to help you. Once visit dates and itinerary are agreed, all that we ask is that you pay for your own flights. We will provide your accommodation in one of our luxury properties free of charge, subject to, a small refundable breakages deposit.

We will meet and greet you at the airport, show you your preferred properties and discuss your options further to make sure that the ones you are viewing are the correct choices for you. Once you have made your choice we continue supporting you through every stage of the buying process, including all the legal processes.

After you've purchased your home we can assist you in furnishing it and looking after it while you are away. If you are considering renting the property we can help with this too.
