Select - good use of your time in Spain

Before you arrive in Spain we will have discussed and agreed your lifestyle and investment requirements to ensure we provide properties that best match your needs and wants. We will not waste your time (and ours) looking at properties that are of no interest to you.

In addition, we will have discussed in principle how you intend to fund the purchase your new home, e.g. UK, Spanish Mortgage or cash purchase. Please remember your budget needs to take into account the additional costs of legal charges and taxes in Spain (typically 10% of the property purchase price) and furnishing costs. We can advise on these matters and also give you an idea of the other running costs that are considerably less expensive than in the UK.

Secure

When we have helped you find the property that you want, you can secure it with a €3,000 (approx £2,000) deposit payment made either in Spain or from the UK, whichever you feel most comfortable with. This deposit makes the property yours subject to you making the payments as agreed with the vendor or builder, which is so much simpler than in the UK.
